Sky Sawyer

A lot of people around the neighborhood tried to keep me on the right path. Mr Marcus at Madrona, or anyone from the CAYA here where I played football and things like that. Even my barber Frank, they all just made sure I’m doing okay and just made sure I’m on the right path. Coach Chris, my first ever Little League Football coach, Coach T. Those were kinda like my other dads, when I was at football practice, like positive male role models. The owners of Parnells. We’ve been going there for so long. Places we’ve been going for years and years, we know everyone there so just everyone who has ever worked at Red Apple over the years, the Flowers 4 U shop, I got my prom corsage there, because she’s known me since I was a kid. I feel like, without that, I honestly don’t know where I would be. Those people were so influential in my life.
